Our Promise
When we are wrong, we fix it, we say so, and we make the fix easy to see.
How to Request a Correction
Email lightwards66@gmail.com with:
- The article title and URL
- The exact sentence or section you believe is wrong
- A short note on what is correct, with a link to a reliable source if possible
We review requests quickly and respond as soon as we have an answer.
What Happens Next
Review: An editor reads the article, checks the claim, and consults sources.
Decision: We correct, clarify, or decline with a short explanation.
Record: We add an update note to the article with the date and a summary of the change.
Labels We Use
- Update: Small fixes, typos, broken links, added context, or wording for clarity
- Correction: A factual error that changes a detail or figure
- Editor's Note: A significant change that affects the takeaway or framing
How We Present Changes
Updates and corrections appear at the end of the article under "Updates." For major changes, an Editor's Note appears near the top.
